In short: Magic Doodle does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. There are no accounts, no ads, no analytics, and no data sent to us or anyone else. Stars, settings, and saved drawings stay only on your own device.
This Privacy Policy describes the data practices of the app Magic Doodle ("the App"), published by Thoiba Trader, a sole proprietorship run by Sanathoiba Singha, based in Lanka City, Hojai, Assam, India. The App is designed to be suitable for children as well as general audiences, and this policy is written to comply with that responsibility. This policy applies only to the App itself, and is separate from the general privacy policy for apps.thoibatrader.com.
We do not collect any personal information from users of the App. Specifically, the App:
The App saves a small amount of information — such as stars earned, your sound and Auto-Next settings, whether the full app has been purchased, and any drawings you choose to save to the in-app gallery — using your device's local storage. This information stays on your device only. It is never transmitted to Thoiba Trader, to Amazon, or to any other party. If the App is uninstalled, this locally stored information is removed along with it.
Drawings are saved to the in-app gallery only when you tap Save. If you tap Export, the App creates a picture file of your drawing and hands it to your device's own save or share screen, where you decide what happens next (for example, saving it to your device or sending it to a family member through another app). This only happens when you choose it. Whatever app or service you pick is governed by its own privacy policy, and we never receive a copy of your drawing.
Magic Doodle offers one optional one-time purchase to unlock all content. This purchase is handled entirely through the Amazon Appstore's in-app purchasing system. We never see, receive, or store your payment details, card number, or billing information — that is processed directly by Amazon under Amazon's own privacy policy. We only receive a simple confirmation of whether the unlock was purchased, which is then saved locally on your device as described in Section 2.
The App contains no advertisements of any kind, and therefore no advertising identifiers, ad SDKs, or ad-related data collection are used.
The App's chimes, background music, and short voice-over cheers are packaged into the App itself. Using them does not involve any network request, tracking, or data collection, and does not affect the privacy practices described in this policy.
Magic Doodle is intended to be suitable for children. Because the App collects no personal information, includes no advertising, and includes no way to communicate with other people, no personal information is ever collected from children who play it — in line with the intent of children's privacy laws such as COPPA. If you are a parent or guardian and have any concern about the App and your child's use of it, please contact us using the details below.
Because no personal information is collected, none is shared with or sold to third parties. There is nothing to share.
Since your progress and drawings are stored only on your own device and never leave it unless you choose to export them, the App does not transmit this data over the internet, reducing the risk of it being intercepted or exposed elsewhere.
If a future update to the App changes what data is collected or how it is used, this policy will be updated accordingly and the "last updated" date above will change. We encourage checking back if you have concerns before updating the App.
